Well, for what it's worth, I found the topic entertaining, amusing and informative. Yes, it's exactly this kind of stuff that adds depth to a campaign world- a certain unflinching realism. It also helps differentiate one culture from the next- privies vs. the moat vs. the gardens, n'est-ce pas?
