The Dog With Bees In His Mouth And When He Barks He Shoots Bees At You (and other hilarious characters)

I'm A Banana

I find myself bored and sitting on a pile of extra XP.

Often when this happens I find myself creating absurd, rules-legal characters in 4e. Perhaps you've heard of Elvira, Teenage Vampire Floozie of the Night (a Vryloka Vampire with Vampire feats). My own D&D group is subjected to "the blender," my thri-kreen monk/ranger focused on getting as many attacks per turn as possible.

Today I had this quote in my mind:

So I made this:

Hmm..."Dhalsim" 3.5Ed

Race: Human, Githzerai or Anthro Ape- Human gets you the bonus feat, the others have huge Dex mods & racial abilities

Class: Monk (Dex + Wis build)/PsyWar/OA shaman (with 3.5Ed Update from Dragon)/Shiba Protector

Feats:

1) Aberration Feat: Aberration Blood (LoM p178)
2) Aberration Feat: Inhuman Reach [adds +5reach] (LoM p 180)
3) Vile Feat: Willing Deformity (HoH p125)
4) Vile feat: Deformity [Tall] gives your PC the natural reach of a PC one size larger (HoH p 121)
5) Combat Reflexes
6) Stand Still
7) Hold the Line
8) Ring the Golden Bell (Dragon)
9) Extra Stunning

Description: the extra long arms will evoke memories of Street Fighter's Dhalsim, an Indian martial artist with strechy limbs. PsyWar powers like Expansion for more reach, others add more HTH damage or self-healing. The updated OA Shaman unarmed strike stacks with the Monk's, and gives full caster progression. Shiba Protector dip of 1 level gives a Wis Bonus to attack & damage in addition to what he gets to AC.

The ComRef feat tree lets him use all those AoOs he'll trigger with his extarordinary reach. Ring the Golden Bell- not strictly necessary- lets him use stunning attacks at range.
