The blind seer sits near the burning pit in the center of his glade. Deep in concentration, all is clear to him and he knows that it is now the proper time to do what he was sent to do. The cup has been offered and... "I accept it, with open arms!" A bright flash from the pit heralds the return of former power and glory to the ancient pillars. They vibrate and hum loudly as the vines that had crepted over them for the last two hundred years flower and then fade, wilting and falling into piles. The runes that cover the pillars, unreadable for a century, emit a soft blue/green light that encompasses the pillars and then the entire glade itself. When the light fades, the pillars looked newly carved and the runes are again readable. They seem to pulse and shift on the pillars, as if they were alive. Though all this, Uziel sat undisturbed. "Now I just need worthy students. Those who would carve their destinies barehanded from solid rock..." Uziel can teach his students the techniques of the northstar, the raven, and the hammer if they so desire....however, there are some stipulations. 1) All students of the Seven Pillars must seek wisdom in all things. They must express forethought and tact in their dealings. The actions of all students reflect on the dojo itself. 2) Death is a part of life. When a warrior knowingly enters a battle, he carries his fate on his shoulders. If he falls and his life is taken then it was his time. If a student of the dojo dies in such a manner then he brought honor to the dojo and we shall not avenge him. Similarly, a student must be ready to take an opponent's life if the time comes. It is his duty to do this. Failing in this duty will result in reprimad. 3)Insults to a student are insults to the dojo. If ever a grievous and purposeful insult is made against a student, the entire dojo will support and avenge him if neccesary (OOC: this does not include fight insults, but insults against the dojo said in character) 4) OCC: The player of the student will be respectful to his opponent and others OOC. I don't forsee this as a problem, but just thought I'd mention it. We are all here to have fun. The dojo is open!
