I'm not certain how balanced it is but that doesn't really matter - it would have to be used in play to check the balance.  Its no good is just guessing. This is exactly there kind of mythic I can get behind. It's a natural and logical extension of what both classes already do. My only concern at this stage is the extra turns being able to make a fighter do a 200m sprint in 6 seconds. This is a minor concern because it would be easy to limit.
