So the tiefling fighter using updated stealth rules (which were updated nearly 3 years ago) is no great deal...and because of the racial feature change, it is the greatest possible change (maybe make him multiclass into wizard taking MM as encounter power), so it doesn´t sound dramatic to me.</blockquote>
