Message: <blockquote data-quote="bloodtide" data-source="post: 9714656" data-attributes="member: 6684958">Well, saw it.....[SPOILER="Movie"]HorribleSure it has some fine weird dysfunctional family moments where all the characters act silly or worse.  There simply is way too much focus on the family stuff.The Silver Surferette girl boss was just boring.  Oh look she flies around .  They sure waste a ton of time with 'wow look at the rocket ship' and endless CGI-Spam.Oh good Galactus is a mecagodzilla sized cyborg man....not only comic accurate, but endless CGI spam.And...er.....teleport the planet away?!?!  Worst written sci fi goop ever.  And they have the world 'turn off their lights' to save power....hahahahah.  Was there a cut part were they made a moon sized battery?  And....so Reed can detect everything in the universe....sure.  But to find a star just like the sun?  Wonder why they did not just teleport the whole solar system?  Or would THAT be too much?The sub plot where Johnny was a nice idea, but it's just silly he listened to a couple of words of alien speech and figured out the whole language.  And then as he knew the language he...um,er...read the Silver Surferette's bio in the stars?Odd how the world is 1960 cool.......except when Johnny needs it, NY is full of giant flatscreen displays on every building.They Evacuated New York City in like an hour to "caves underground"........sigh.It is so annoying when non-fans create movies like this and change things like "oh the thing never says "It's Clobbering Time" and he hates saying it".  To take something that is in...oh...75% of FF comics and say "nope not in my movie".Why does Galactus walk through the city like Godzilla again?  Why not just beem Franklin up?  Or send the Suferette to grab him?For that matter why does not Galactus just take Franklin?   Planetwide Genocide id okay, but kidnapping is crossing a line?  Franklin and all the other kids would die when he ate the planet...so really he'd be saving Franklin life.It would have been nice for them to use TEAMWORK to push Galactus into the portal and not just Mary Sue Storm all powerful woman.But it was better then the last FF movie.  Well lets hope the next one will be better....[/SPOILER]</blockquote>
