Best movies of the 21st C?
Hmmmmm

Spirited Away is a lovely movie, so I'll second that one for consideration.
Banshees of Inisherin is an amazing movie. I'd call it perfect.
In Bruges is also an amazing movie, but not as good as Banshees, IMO.
Moonlight. Just beautiful and moving. Also perfect.
All of Us Strangers. Wow. Gut punch.
O Brother Where Art Thou. Cheating a bit, this came out in 2000. Technically not 21st C.

These are the ones that have jumped to mind. And a couple of them are quite recent so that's definitely influenced my choices.

I'd certainly put Children of Men up there with Wall-E as a contender for best SF of the 21st C so far. And ranked among the best movies in general.
