Attatch a mast and sail to your tensures floating disc, sit on the disc and use your at-will thunderwave to blow your way along. Super fast hover boat that seats four fer' ten gold pieces... if your dm's nice you can use it on water too. You may need to entrap your dm by slowly establishing the ground rules for building such a device. 1. You can sit on tensures floating disc, which itself can move your personal speed "telekineticly". This is pretty easy to establish, get an ally to sit on something allready piled onto the disc such as a chair. 2. Were you to use expeditious retreat, the disc would follow you at your speed no? Ergo the maximum speed of the disc refers only to its "telekinetic" movement, it could be pushed or dropped at far greater speeds in certain circumstances. 3. A sack could be pulled over the disc, and the disc would just move around with a sack on it. Therefore, a crafted wooden device could snugly engulf the disc, a treasure chest might do it. Voila, now you can plant a mast and sit a few people comfortably. Just don't exceed the weight limit. May as well create a specialized "disc powered" boat (probably dingy sized). 5. Can you hold back the damage of thunderwave, but still do the pushing? No reasonable dm would deny that you have a magical, at will wind attack, and it seems daft that you wouldnt be able to tone it down a bit. Hmmm whats the resistance of a hover-boat? Not too much... If your dm is stone walling... Last ditch thunderwave abuse defence: Turn "super fast hover boat" into an option that consumes your thunderwave power as if it were a daily. Counts as expeditious retreat fer a whole encounter on your disc-mobile.
