Addison called forth Mass Fire Shield to protect each of the group, surprising the escorts, but the attacks proved too much. Blade Barriers, Chain Lightning, Dispel Evil, Magic Circle Against Evil were all cast to try to save the escorts. When that failed, Addison called forth Greater Fire Bursts and Flame Strikes in succession with another Blade Barrier to keep herself alive. The animals and escorts dead, Addison finally started walking westward to find shelter, hoping the attackers would not follow her.[/sblock]</blockquote>
