The Gamer's Bag at GenCon

Howdy everyone! We're heading to GenCon in just a few minutes (it's a long drive from Texas) and we thought that we'd let everyone know we WILL be there and our booth number is 2101. As last year, we'll be giving $1.00 off for anyone who trades in their old dice bag (we're going to make something out of them once we get enough) and our EN World "coupon" for $1.00 off just by showing your EN World badge. Note that unlike most things in D&D, these differently named bonuses don't stack. :D One or the other, and only one turned-in-dice bag counts (don't bring 20 and expect a free bag). We'll be back online on Thursday, so if you e-mail us, don't expect to hear from us until then. We're outta here, hope to see a lot of you there!

Have fun!

And lookie here, just got a package in the mail :D

I was going to post this in the original thread, but I can't find it. Ah, well. MY NEW DICE BAG ROCKS! though I need more dice...

Ahem. Mini-review.

Fabric. Check. Definitely fabric... sturdy stuff, too. It's one of the variable-color ones, purple and blue with gold lightning. Colors are matched along the sides. Very nicely done.

Double stitching all the way around. This sucker's going to last longer than I will (if I don't get my paper done). Grommets are heavy duty... no tearing out. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but maybe someone'll read this and be convinced.

Embroidery... both the "sleeping dragon" design (perfectly done) and slogan. Backing material is heavy duty, but cut down to the embroidery so the bag is still flexible.

I am very, very, VERY impressed. My players are gonna hate me... dice were rolling too many 20s before this

We're Here!

We've arrived and are back online! The booth is nearly set up. :) Thanks for the words of encouragment and the mini-review. :D We'll be here setting up for a couple of hours and then we'll be heading back to the hotel.

By the way, we're right at "Entrance B". If you're entering, we're the front right corner (first row on the right side, first booth.) :)

GenCon Report:
Everyone else is still setting up, there are quite a few gamers here early. They're not allowed in the hall yet, but they're milling around getting badges, etc. I haven't met any EN Worlders yet, but we're looking forward to it. We walked by the ENW booth, but no one was there yet.
