Kickstarter "The Gamers: Dorkness Falls" Kickstarter has launched

For those of you with a Facebook account, Matt Vancil went on a little location scout into the bowels of Mort Kemnon's dungeon.

For those who don't have Facebook, I did a pilgrimage to Fort Flagler last October and can provide a link to my gallery, if anyone is interested.

Just Announced:

There will be a livestream on the Cabin9Films Twitch channel for the last 3 hours of the Kickstarter campaign. It will run from 6PM-9PM PDT on Saturday, June 29th which would be 9PM-12PM EDT, or I presume something like 2:00AM-5AM BST(?) on Sunday, June 30th. I hope my conversion maths work.

Found out about this by a video suggestion on YouTube a friggin’ month after it was over. So glad it funded! Dropped them a $25 late pledge to help out, they’ve given me a lot of laughs over the years.
Watching the series, right from the beginning, gives a real insight into how actors and filmmakers can grow. They started this mess back in college with "Demon Hunters" and, while incredibly funny, it's also insanely amateurish :ROFLMAO:

I'm hoping to be on-set, at some point, for the filming of this and I'll be dragging my still cameras along, if they'll let me. Of course I will likely be kept from releasing much of anything that I take until the movie actually releases.

For the people who are following this thread, there will be a screening of an early edit, of "The Gamers: Dorkness Falls" at GenCon this year. That will be the fastest turn around for an early draft that I can remember ever coming from them. It's going to be a late showing because that's all that was available, at this relatively short notice.
