We have bundled into some 400 plus pages flavor, new incantations and epic spells, new feats and prestige classes, variant rules for deities and cosmic entities and other things, and high powered unique devils (including Dukes of Hell, Arch-Devils and Lords of the Nine). Considering that he Monster Manual places the beginning level of Pit Fiend at 18 HD (with a Max HD and strongest MM version at 54 HD!), we found it strange to treat the powers of Hell as being Cr 20-32 or so (a max HD Pit Fiend is CR 39 or so by WotC's system). Although there is a definite bias towards epic gaming, there is plenty for gamers of all types.
