Formatting issues will be fixed for the final version where all is collated into one; at that time, the chapter by chapter downloads will also be fixed. My own personal version is the fixed version - I haven't bothered sending it to Serge or Kain or anyone else yet.As far as art is concerned, it's been hard to find people willing to do the art for free, and who are willing to put some time in and follow deadlines.
