A suave, smooth-talking Goblin wouldn’t have the same appeal as a nightmarishly vulgar one.Not to say that there’s no good reason for Goblins to have a charisma bonus. But “they’re popular in real life” is not one of them, given that their popularity is due in no small part to their lack of Charisma.</blockquote>
