The Half-Vampire template

Awhile back I remember one of the posters, at Wizards.com, mentioning that a half-vampire template was printed in one of the 3rd Edition D&D products. Does anyone know where I can find this template ?

I think it's in Libris Mortus, though I don't have the book with me at the moment to confirm.

Thank you for your quick responses. One more question, what level does a PC have to be before he/she can apply the template ? Or could it be applied at 1st-level ?

the vampire from the back of the MM is +1,2,3 or 4 level adjustment

I read the vampire template a while ago, whats the 1/2 Vamp template? Secondary question could I combine a 1/2 fiendish & 1/2 Vampire template? I ask because in an upcoming campaign my players want to play undead hunters, and this combo would serve as a great villian leader or the leaders main heavy hitter.....about 15 hd total.....

Half-Vampire template is in Libris Mortis and create a child of a mortal (humanoid or monstrous humanoid) and a vampire. Resulted creature is still a humanoid or a monstrous humanoid. So you can apply Half-Fiend template on it. Now the resulted creature is an Outsider (Augmented Humanoid/Monstrous Humanoid, Native).

you could apply it at first level, you just wouldn't be a first level character anymore. I think the level adjustment is +2 so you'd be third level
