The wording seems to be slightly different, at least, in that the SRD version requires you to lose DEX in order to be flanked, but the CWar version explicitly notes that you are always flanked and the only benefit is that opponents don't get their attack bonus. I think the former version is more powerful (which would explain the higher prereqs), then, in that it seems to require a Sneak Attacker to do more than just flank you to sneak attack, but I could just be misreading it.I think it's a nice feat to show Titus has been training against mobs and hordes, but I have no problem losing it if Erwinfoxjj decides it's overpowered / I need the SRD prereqs.On the matter of Power Attack, yeah, I was trying to prep Titus for the cleave feat chain. I was debating between that one and Dodge. At 1st level, it may be arguably a better choice to make oneself harder to hit than to be able to hit harder. I'll hold off changing it for now until I find out whether I can keep Eyes in the Back of your Head.And: I like the pick, too.
