The Infernal ELH and its ECL

I'm gonna play one if everything is fine.... but just wanted some opinions of the Infernal as its in the ELH is worth ECL 30 or if its too low....? Opinions please.

Since we have a few baad whiners about it being to low and other don't give a damn but thanks for the rep I'll try to convince my DM to ignore 2 players and give it a Abyssal playtest =]
