A scattering of silver, the javelins, daggers, and short swords they wielded, one lucky clay pot even survived the dismemberment of the slinger. Also as you are all rummaging through their possessions Mr. Bricks calls out. The last of the shadowscales has a very different shield.The other 2 had simple handmade rope tacked to the back of the shield with some sort of glue, a very crude approximation of a shield. But the shadowscale shield carried by the third is of much higher quality. All the expected leather padding and strapping is meticulously crafted to the back as well as an inscription that Mr. Bricks is unable to read. Looking the front over closely you also notice a smaller scale motif carved in relief on the front of the shield.
