Thanks Hey folks - I said it in the longer thread, but thanks again for the positive thoughts. Only the smallest sliver of the world has been revealed, so I'm still confident that some of the naysayers may yet be won over (of course, there's an equal chance for some of the people who have been positive so far to decide they hate it - again, little information out so far). JeffB & Eric - You're both absolutely right. I expect to be criticized, and rudeness is an increasing (if unfortunate) part of daily life. I was probably a little too sharp in my response on GamingReport, but things like "It's all a big conspiracy because he's related to Rich Baker!" have a way of getting under the skin. Once enough information is out there, I'd like to hear people's criticisms - but a well-reasoned argument is always more interesting and useful than "Eberron $UX0R5!" And I'd certainly like to share any insights I can, as I can. On that note, I was being misleading with *my* earlier comment about dinosaurs (that is, that they only appear in a small country). There is a place in the world where you have overlap between humanoids and dinosaurs, as seen in the picture of the halfling clawfoot riders. This is not necessarily the only place that dinosaurs appear, but those of you who have the "Journeys across Eberron" pamphlet will note that they don't appear anywhere else on Thurvarch's travels. It's not "Wide World o' Dinosaurs", and if you really hate dinosaurs, you can certainly steer clear of them. And now I'd better go back to lurking before I say something that gets me in trouble... Anyhow, thanks. And congratulations again on Morningstar, RS -- I'm really looking forward to seeing it. -Keith
