Aragorn faces down a group of Ringwraiths with a sword and torch... Gimli kills hordes of Orcs and Dire hyenas, Legolas does the same but also slays a gigantic elephant, Fafhrd and Gray Mouser defeat a living tower, Bard slays Smaug... and so on.
