The scepter itself seems listless in Kamotz's hands, as if missing some essential part of its essence.As you all glance around, you note nothing beyond the sword, plate armor and a pile of discarded artifacts scattered around the altar including a set of leather arm braces bearing an arrow and leaf motif, a circlet of woven silver holding a single opal at it's peak, and a pair of supple gloves made of an unknown shimmering black cloth.The religious significance of this room on the other hand is immense. Both a chapel and mass burial site, this room holds the bodies of no less then 3 high priests, as well as a hundred or more acolytes. Much of the stonework and wards have been damaged or tainted, and will need to be repaired, especially the column.[sblock=ooc] Experience awards will be in my next post, just running some errands and a lot of reading to catch up on.
