Ghost stands sharp, as he begins. For the benefit of captain Bhaudric I shall repeat my report. Planetside we learned the indigenous praised the bots as deities. After establishing a link with a village, we learned of a central location that was originally a production factory for the toasters. Sierra specialises in stealth so I volunteered myself to infiltrate the facility to get a closer look. Private Zhukov joined me on the ground, private Zhukova scouted from the air. The infiltration was successful and we found ourselves inside the central processing facility. He takes a moment to catch his breath as he recounts the details of the events, knowing full well it wasn't going to go down well with Captain Bhaudric. Upon entering we found a large ship, assumed to belong to the toasters, myself and Private Zhukov continued infiltrating and we entered the vessel. Inside we found a large repository of toaster tech' including some models we had never seen before, they were largely intact. I radioed through to the captain and informed him of the find, asking if he had any ideas how we could take the tech' without disturbing the indigenous. I informed the captain force was an option but was listening for alternatives. No-one raised any alternatives so private Zhukova suggested that it be left to Sierra. Captain Bhaudric agreed and returned to the initial village. The objective of this mission was information, I believed this too good an opportunity to pass up and authorised the use of force. We used scare tactics to cause most of the indigenous to flee but some refused to leave. After firing warning shots it was clear they had only one idea in mind, and that was to attack Sierra. Sierra fought back, with the technological advantage success was assured. I can confirm five kills, I have no confirmation of any others. He stands to attention, not moving from his spot and his gaze not faltering. I accept full responsibility for the actions of myself and my squad. I made the call. With that he stands at ease and waits to see how Captain Bhaudric will react and how the Commodore see's his course of action. In his mind he had completed his mission, and with minimal casualties. This was a survival situation, and the laws of evolution clearly state survival of the fittest. There's no telling what they could learn about the toasters from the remains, not to mention they may not get another chance to get their hands on so much information as easily next time. Though he knew the Captain would probably not see it that way. [OOC] It's good to be back ^^[/OOC]
