Jay and Jade continue to move forward not slinging stones or firing arrows of their own, but each is struck, incidentally with a stone. The impact is soaked by the leather Jade is wearing, but the cotton tunic of Jay has no such protection, though the thump in his chest is merely an irritation. Each rock, however, flashes with a blinding light upon impact. The flash is a bit of a problem.</p><p></p><p>The other four members of the party all manage to launch their offensive before the enemies can throw their rocks. Brook and Falcon both strike opponents with a decent amount of force, causing them to become a bit dazed. Unfortunately, two stones strike each of them in return, as they are facing four enemies, together. The second stone on each knocks some breath away, but the four flashes of light cause significant confusion.</p><p></p><p>Parakeet and River both manage to shoot an enemy.
