It amazes me that Amazon doesn't have an entry for this and a Third Party does.

It is an announced product. Has been for a while. Notice though its pretty far out in the future, April. There's not exactly a rush for Amazon to get it up. Given that it probably won't go to the printers for 6 months at this point I wouldn't even count on the cover art, etc. Why take pre-orders for a book that could change, slip, etc? There's only so far in the future it makes sense to list stuff.

I guess that's my point. If it's not Crunchy, I'm not sure why a new Stronghold Builder's Guide would be necessary. The 3e version would would almost as well, wouldn't it?
