Another reviewer described an encounter with a person who eats dirt... that sounded like it would be fun to roleplay. I can't decide if I should pick this up or not. Like this reviewer, I do NOT like highly informal writing or poor name choice that interferes with my suspension of disbelief. I thought that Monte Cook's planescape adventures "Dead Gods" and "Great Modron March" had some of the best encounters and adventures I'd ever read... but the slang and informal writing was difficult to get past.Is it worth picking up to mine for ideas? At $17.95, I would want to find about 10 really brilliant encounters that I could insert into a homebrew campaign.</blockquote>
