The Most Creative TTRPG Settings and Milieus

I mean, the setting is so bonkers and over the top in such a great way that people actually endure the rules to try and play the game. I absolutely loved the setting when I was younger, and I think it's just jam packed with tons of ideas.
It’s so chock full o’ gonzo, you could probably base a discrete game & campaign setting on each sourcebook.

Invisible Sun is probably has my vote here
What an absolute trip of a setting, incredibly inventive and creative. The people at Monte Cook make such great things.

To the question, for me: Richard Pett's The Blight, Vaesen's expansions (England, Carpathia, and a burgeoning American setting...?), and a real-space scifi setting a'la Traveller.

I have been thinking about this a lot lately. TTRPGs are limited only by the imaginations of the writers, designers, GMs and players. And yet, so many look exactly alike and lean into the same old tropes and are just, well, boring examples of their off the shelf genres.

But not all, of course. Some games, settings and adventures really push the envelope, creatively. I am interested in hearing what games, settings and milieus in TTRPGs you personally find to be highly creative, original and fresh...

Two that come to mind that I've looked at recently are Paint the Town Red (Soul Muppet Publishing) and Frontier Scum. The first I've passed on as a suggestion to Vampire: the Masquerade players as it scratches that itch but in a different way that I found delightful, and the second title because as a book it's great to look at, and despite being rules-lite, brought some inspired touches to the Western.
