I like them. They remind me of what I posted a while back too. I was addressing character attitudes more than morality, though. I can't find the post, but here's the text I saved in my files: Lawful means someone who recognizes the importance of their role within a group or community. This can translate to a stringent adherence to actual statutory laws (no jaywalking, etc.) or to a moral code that promotes the group over the individual. Chaos is about the individual and freedom. A chaotic sees their personal rights as the single most important thing. It's not that they necessarily wish to see others' rights trampled -often they will try to interfere if they see that happening- but they usually see the preserving of freedom as an individual's responsibilty. Good is about protecting and preserving life. Good people believe in a certain sanctity of all life; even if it is necessary to fight an kill from time to time. Enemies are to be overcome, possibly punished, killed if necessary- but not hated and tormented. Vengeance in the name of a cause or oath can be honorable, but a personal vendetta which causes suffering when carried out is an ugly thing. Evil takes the attitude that life doesn't mean anything special. People die all the time. Killing someone isn't wrong, it only matters whether it accomplishes anything; including whether it was fun. Torture and cruelty aren't "Wrong," they're part of how things work. The world is cruel, why should we be different? LG= The best way to protect and help the greatest number is for everyone to work together for the common welfare.
