Where's the errata? I find that most publishers have a fire and forget mechanism for their products. Take Doom Striders. Certain publishers have mentioned that electronic reviews are worthless, but at the same time, if there is any negativity associated with those reviews or negative comments on positive electronic reivews, they take offense.
