Message: <blockquote data-quote="Villano" data-source="post: 786671" data-attributes="member: 505">I think Dream Team's been cancelled (or put on "haitus").  A small bit of justice I suppose.As for Scare Tactics, I have to admit I'm looking forward to this.  I kind of miss that show on MTV where they used to drop a bunch of 18 yr olds into supposedly haunted places and watch them panic.  So, I'm a sadist, what can I say? <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D"  data-smilie="8"data-shortname=":D" />I stopped watching it when they began to get away from scares and became more "Fear Factor" (like having people burried alive, eating a piece of pig's leg, etc.).  I'm kind of confused about Tremors, though.  I mean, I know the movies have a cult following as a throwback to '50's giant monster movies, but how can you make a series about it?  I'd understand if they had the characters involved with other '50's-type monsters.  You know, traveling around fighting giant ants, radioactive lizards, etc..  But trying to hold together a series about giant worms in one, small town?  I have a feeling the episodes will look like this:Someone's birthday festivites are interrupted by a worm attack.The church bake sale is interrupted by a worm attack.A wedding is interrupted by a worm attack.A big date is interrupted by a worm attack.Some bigwig wants to build a factory (fast food restaurant, etc.) in the town, but the worms attack.  Uh-oh, I guess he's not going to build anything here!  Hilarity ensues!*sigh*</blockquote>
