But it's also worth remembering this document was written in mid-December, likely BEFORE the early fuss that prompted them to make the blog post on dndbeyond (<a href="https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/1410-ogls-srds-one-d-d" target="_blank">OGLs, SRDs, & One D&D</a>) and didn't take effect last week when it was supposed to according to the leak. So there's every possibility WotC was already reconsidering this prior to the leak.</blockquote>
