The not-technically-a-publisher-until-now Giant in the Playground Games is proud to announce their inaugural product: the first compilation of the hit D&D/comedy webcomic, The Order of the Stick. 25,000 readers a day laugh to the trials and tribulations of Elan, Roy, Belkar, and the rest of the OOTS adventurers, and now you can enjoy their adventures even should you (for some reason) find yourself not sitting at your computer.
A 160-page full-color, 8.5" x 11" book, The Order of the Stick: Dungeon Crawlin' Fools features:
• The first 121 comics that appeared on the website, each tweaked for color and consistency!
• More than 15 bonus strips, including an 8-page introduction to the story!
• Introduction and commentary by the author, which you'll probably skip anyway!
• A preface by WOTC game designer James Wyatt!
• A few minor content changes to keep the author from getting sued!
Orders placed now are guaranteed to be filled when the book prints in mid-February; after January 31st, it's first-come, first-served until supplies run out. You can order at The OOTS Bookstore right now.
(What's this? You don't know what The Order of the Stick is? Well, it's only the funniest D&D comedy comic available free on the internet, in my painfully biased opinion. But hey, you can read it for free, so why not judge for yourself?)
