I am now hearing that it could have been any of the following:
1) Suicide (claim that he was hung)
2) Accidental (claim that he may have been engaging in a risky sex act)
3) Murder (claim that his hands were tied)

If his ex-wives are to be believed, he's been doing this kind of thing for quite some time, and it may have been both sexual AND meditative for him.
IOW- best possible spin- he may have been lucky enough to die doing something he loved.
