Message: <blockquote data-quote="loki44" data-source="post: 1992437" data-attributes="member: 16276"><p>If yours is Kafkaesque mine is downright Lovecraftian.  We had a solid gaming group of 6 core players plus myself.  We actually gamed pretty regularly for about 5 years, adding and dropping auxiliary players here and there, and even weathering various moves and relationships.  Unexpectedly everything began to fall apart:  M started acting strange, hearing voices and such.  L stabbed M in the leg with a pair of scissors during an all-night gaming session, which pretty much soured everyone's relationship with him.  M started acting stranger and even volatile at times.  He disappeared and later got help for his schizophrenia.  Shortly thereafter B decided to become a hari krishna and severed his ties with the group.  D suffered from severe depression and lost interest in the game.  D's brother, C, also started acting strangely, hearing voices and threatening people.  Still don't know what happened to him.  J got 2 girls pregnant at the same time and you can guess the rest of his story.  Me, I'm ok I guess, but didn't play at all for almost a decade after that group broke up.  Believe it or not I still keep up with all of them, we're scattered to the 4 winds now, except for C who's disappeared.  It's a messed up story but true.  I have since found a new group to game with that appears to be more stable.</p></blockquote><p></p>
