It's simply a programmed image, it seems.</p><p></p><p>Lilliana notes no other animals outside and doesn't detect anything at the windows.</p><p></p><p>The mannequin stands up and begins shaking his finger at Phelen and making shoo-ing gestures.</p></blockquote><p></p>
