your right might have just had it reversed. Watched the finale, man what a wonderful season of Television, chef's kiss. I liked that the final episode was fairly "mundane" compared to what had happened, but your holding your breath the whole time worried that something will happen. And then at the end you finally relax and exhale, aka that same feeling after coming home from a damn long day. I appreciated how they handled the McKay arrest, some good old fashioned common sense won out the day. I also like that as McKay and Robbie continued to discuss the kid, Robbie never really let her off the hook. When she asked him if she did the right thing, he evaded it....at the end of the day McKay's action might have hurt the kid's future, but its a messy situation and the decision is made, Robbie doesn't see the point in condemning her, but he isn't going to say she was right either. One thing my friend did point out is, the staff as a whole was harsh on the kid. No one even asked him if he was having any suicidal thoughts (which that social media post could have easily been a suicide note as much as a threat), everything floating around the idea of him hurting women and so there was this hostility towards him even as they were trying to help him. A bit different than the abundance of care and sympathy given to other patients. The reporter scene was also a bit dramatic. He was restrained and noting to the cop that he was being held against his will....which the security guard ignored after Santos shook him away. But....he kind of is being held against his will, his not a psych patient, and while he does have a medical injury, if he wants to sign an AMA form and leave they are obligated to do so, they can't just leave him in restraints because he's an a**hole. Hehe my money is on Verna coming back in S2, I feel like she is the end game series boss :)
