Well for very good reason. She is now a liability to the patients, to the hospital, and even to herself. Imagine if she has an episode and kills a patient, that is something you might never be able to let go of. And frankly I think in her heart that's what Baran wanted, its why she showed the record to Robby. She knew at her core that she needed someone to check her, it was something she couldnt' do herself, but she needed someone that she respected to tell her "no, you can't do this, its not ok". With Robby I don't think its mysogeny per say...but he does have his favorites. He highly respects Mel for example, has a pretty strong mentoring relationship with Javardi. McKay he has a decent relationship but its a bit more distance. Mohan and he have had trouble connecting, and he definately took it out on her too harshly this season. But also look at Santos season 1. She went to Robbie about Langdon, his "golden boy". He could have blown her off, thought she was crazy, tried to cover for Langdon at her expense. But he didn't do that...he believed Santos over Langdon.... that doesn't scream "msynogonist" to me. Ultimately I think Robbie really has two camps: Doctors he thinks can cut it in the ER, and one that can't. When your in the first camp, you get the warmer more mentoring Robbie that will connect with you. In the second camp, he is more distant, less mentory, and often more judgemental.
