I really like the fact that this makes clerics much more diverse and much more connected to their choice of religion. The fact that the core cleric of a god of magic can stand in the middle of the fray almost as easily as the core cleric of a god of war always seems a little odd to me. Couple of points - you use the term cleric a couple of times early on instead of priest which threw me for a second... and is there a reason you missed Terran out of the list of bonus languages? I'm not sure I agree on all of these guys having light armour... I think all armour proficiency should be set by primary domain selection. I think I'd do it so Travel, Earth, Fire, Animal get light, Strength, Death get medium, War, Protection and Destruction get Heavy. Afterall why would a god of magic want priests to be learning to use even the simple armours? As you're going with the idea that the priest is more aligned to the god, it makes sense that the armour is aligned Animal - do you want to throw in the animal empathy ability? Luck - seems pretty low powered next to the others... or is that just me? Strength - do you want to require the martial waepon to be from a list - i.e. NOT a rapier! War - you say proficiency with martial weapon of choice - I'd limit that to the god's weapon myself. It's not like a god of war is going to be running around with a dagger anyway is it?
