The Quintessential Monk

I picked up The Quintessential Monk on Friday, even got it on sale. I haven't read it from cover to cover yet but have read over 50% of it. I am very impressed with this book. The Monk class always struck me (Ok bad pun) as confined and restricted in style. This new book changes
that. Lots of options for the player of a Monk. Character concept ideas, prestige classes, optional retooling of the class ability progression, new weapons and equipment, plus lots more. I wish all the Quintessential books were this well done.
Anyone else take a look at this book yet?
