Correct. Cleric = a very specific set of abilities. Class and subclass. A Warpriest is a Warpriest, not a cleric. Psionics don't require components. There is no such exemption for standard innate spellcasting, which is the same as what a sorcerer does. Sorcerers need components. "INNATE SPELLCASTING A monster with the innate ability to cast spells has the Innate Spellcasting special trait. Unless noted otherwise, an innate spell of 1st level or higher is always cast at its lowest possible level and can't be cast at a higher level. If a monster has a cantrip where its level matters and no level is given, use the monster's challenge rating. An innate spell can have special rules or restrictions. For example, a drow mage can innately cast the levitate spell, but the spell has a "self only" restriction, which means that the spell affects only the drow mage. A monster's innate spells can't be swapped out with other spells. If a monster's innate spells don't require attack rolls, no attack bonus is given for them." Note how there is nothing there saying no components are needed. Read it again. I said you could do it, not that it is done. As in, "You could jump off a cliff." That isn't saying that you jumped off a cliff. It's just stating a possibility. If I wanted to, I could decide to let them attune clerical stuff due to their holiness. DMs can do that and it makes as much sense to let them have it as any of the other various NPC classes with spells on the cleric list.
