Probably d6 HD, poor BAB, good Will, caster levels at levels 2 and 3, 4 skill points with skills geared towards Charisma-bases skills, Knowledge, Speak language and some perception (Spot and Sense Motive), Maybe some SLAs at 1st and later levels such as Light, Charm Person, Protection From Netherworld.
