OK,
Just ran a fight with grappling hasted monks, a silence spell, a fog cloud, and 3 NPC casters. Dude, was that rough as a DM. Oh, and the monks had constrict. The rules questions just got out of hand.

#1 If a warlock attacks with a blast while threated, how many AoO does he provoke? One for shotting and one for casting?
#2 Can you place a summon monster in a space you can't currently see?
#3 If a hasted monk with constrict is in a grapple, does he get the constrict and a IUS? Can he constrict twice?
#4 If your opponent drops to negative hit points in a grapple, are you still grappling him?
$5 If your opponent in a grapple drops to negative (and thus falls prone) and he wakes up, are you still grappling him? If so, who, if anyone, is prone?
#5 Can you really cast a touch spell on an ally in a grapple without making a roll of any sort?

I like lower-level games....

#1 - one AoO.
#2 - uncertain, more info on context needed.
#3 - if the wording on the the constrict ability is per successful grapple check, then yes, constricting multiple times is okay. As for constrict and IUS, more information on the wording of the constrict ability in question is needed. (If it's per successful grapple check, then, by RAW, it's doable, depending on the action being used)
#4 - don't know.
$5 - don't know.
#5 - technically, yes, assuming that your ally is not attempting to avoid your touch.

When your character’s current hit points drop to between -1 and -9 inclusive, he’s dying.

A dying character immediately falls unconscious and can take no actions.

Unconscious

Knocked out and helpless.

Helpless

A helpless character is paralyzed, held, bound, sleeping, unconscious, or otherwise completely at an opponent’s mercy.

So, you can still grapple him, but not the opposite. (in fact, you are just grabbing him, like an inanimate object)

$5 If your opponent in a grapple drops to negative (and thus falls prone) and he wakes up, are you still grappling him?
Yes, but only if you want to.
If so, who, if anyone, is prone?
Only your opponent will be prone.

An action can only provoke 1 AOO ever.
#2 Can you place a summon monster in a space you can't currently see?
Without Line of Sight, you cannot place an effect.
#3 If a hasted monk with constrict is in a grapple, does he get the constrict and a IUS? Can he constrict twice?
Constrict typically says that it takes effect on a successful grapple. The hasted monk would thus get a constrict for his primary attack, any iterative attacks (including flurry) and an extra for haste.

#4 If your opponent drops to negative hit points in a grapple, are you still grappling him?

I would say yes. However, dropping an object is a free action, so, if you wanted to take an AOO, for example, I would allow it if you dropped the dying target first.

$5 If your opponent in a grapple drops to negative (and thus falls prone) and he wakes up, are you still grappling him? If so, who, if anyone, is prone?

Note, he wouldn't actually drop prone until such time as the grappler dropped him. If he was dropped, then woke up, he'd be prone in an occupied square. But not grappled.

#5 Can you really cast a touch spell on an ally in a grapple without making a roll of any sort?

I believe so.

Effect

Some spells create or summon things rather than affecting things that are already present.

You must designate the location where these things are to appear, either by seeing it or defining it. Range determines how far away an effect can appear, but if the effect is mobile it can move regardless of the spell’s range.

Sorry, i'm wrong. YOu don't need line of sight to the point where something appears, only line of effect. Thus, you could cast a fireball in the middle of a fog cloud, or a dark room for that matter.

/resists the urge to ask if it was an African or European monk
