If your players think your a ratbastard GM and you always make up rules to keep them down, then even the slightest deviation from the rules by an NPC is a major insult.</p><p></p><p>That said, be fair and be true to the spirit if not the letter of the game, and your players probably won't mind too much.</p></blockquote><p></p>
