They were nastier than I thought at first level! Dex to damage hurts.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">The commando was a goblin boss but with only one attack and his dog was a mastiff. It would bite as a reaction when someone came within 5 feet which didn’t come up.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">The warchanter was a goblin boss with one attack, cha 14 and wis 12. And level 2 bard casting + inspire courage. I gave it the spells healing word, tasha’s laughter and heroism.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">The reward from Foxglove was kept at 50gp. They’ll need all the cash they can get at this point.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">They found a healing potion on the warchanter and the commando.</li> </ol>Otherwise it was fairly straight forward to run. A good session, though pretty brutal. I rolled a 6 on the first goblins bow shot and took the bard down in one shot. He only had 8 hp.
