A voice rises within his breast once again, a voice with the power to compel. "Show them! You are MY messenger, MY herald, MY servant. Do as I command!" Ever since Delban's Black Flames first took him in full in that initial Burning Transformation, IBHEA has been as a changed man ... if that term is even truly accurate any longer. He could heed that voice, metamorphose into the living creature of flame once again. None would dare question the fitness of Delban's Black Flames given life! But there is another way. So again he tamps down that voice. For the fire does not only burn without, when he commands it. It burns within, always. "You seek proof of the fitness of Our Deity's Messenger to withstand the flames of the Godhead?" he asks plainly. "Witness, then, for this form I wear is as a rind upon the melon, belying my true being." Ibhea removes his dagger from its scabbard at his waist. It smolders against his skin, but he does not command its flames to ignite. Instead, he utters the words of magick gleaned from his study of The Shadowed Sun: "Jaalaana saraa ardeaa ignaa!" And slices the blade across the palm of his left hand. The blood does not flow. Instead, flames of the deepest crimson and charcoal, intermingled and flickering, pour forth before the wound cauterizes itself. "Fire neither mundane nor numinous can affect me, for I am Delban's Messenger, The Coming Eclipse, no mere mortal."

Developing out of my last level-up choice of Fiery Blood as a Feat, I am making a Primary Skill Arcana check to demonstrate Ibhea's supernatural qualities ... augmented by a little magical oomph, r12+17=29 vs 22 Moderate DC. Success.
