It is called "Gangland" and it takes place after a nuclear war, that doesn't seem to have actually destroyed anything and during a plague that will wipe out humanity, though nobody actually seems to be sick with it. It reveals mysteries such as, LA Gang leaders have sufficient technical knowledge and skill to be able to engineer a supersoldier that pops full grown out of a tank, WITH all it's skills! Though it doesn't really seem to be very smart. Pistols are more accurate over several hundred feet than rifles and that people who have them forget about it until it is convenient for a fight scene. Tremble should you even contemplate seeing such an abomination.I can understand not liking "Cemetery Man", but it isn't a stupid film. It's just very, very strange and is not in any sense supposed to be realistic or even make much sense.</blockquote>
