The Planar Handbook also said the Vlaakith line has ruled for "eons," and 2000 years is not eons by any stretch.As a result, I assumed the average reign of a githyanki queen on the timeless Astral Plane was more like 200 years, and moved Gith's rebellion back 37,000 years or so.- There are other additions and changes I would make to this, but I'm too lazy to do so right now. I probably wouldn't tie everything rigidly to "date of publication in the real world," for example, as the game world timelines don't advance at the same rate.</blockquote>
