The 'Weakened' condition

This is the only condition I see in the descriptions of the monsters for 4th edition that I can not find a definition for. Does anyone know what this condition does to a player? Thanks in advance.

I have look for it myself, without any luck. My guess is that they've renamed "enervated" into "weakened".

Is the "Weekend" condition the one where someone keels over from exhaustion from staying up to late drinking mountain dew, eating junk food and playing DnD?
