The Weekly Grind - Fan Reward Blog

Hey there Everybody,

I just thought I would start a thread to announce a side project I am producing for my fan page over on facebook. Its called the Weekly Grind.

Each week, I will add a new room to the dungeon that is drawn on a gigantic whiteboard surface on the wall of my office here at Paizo. After giving two lunch-time groups here at work a chance to play through the room, I will post up a full writeup of the encounter over on my fan page. This is all being provided free of charge to fans of my page.

If you are interested in following the action, you can check it out here. Just click on the notes tab over on the left side of the page for a summary of all the recent developments. The dungeon itself is schedule to begin next week.

Looks like we are going to kick off the office campaigns next week. I have updated the first post with a link to a photo of the first room, hanging in the wall of my office.

The description of the first room will go up next Thursday.

Well, week 1 has concluded here at the office. At the end of week one, The Angels of Absalom (Erik Mona, James Jacobs, Wes Schneider, and Stephen Radney-Macfarland) were the winners, but the Order of the Brazen Harlot (Rob McCreary, Hyrum Savage, Will Chase, and Mark Moreland) came in a very close second and still lead overall.

The description for the 1 room of the dungeon is online, for FREE, at the above link.

Just added the description of Room 2 and a photo of room 3.

As a note, here is a photo of the wall as it currently stands in my office.

Hey there all,

After another exciting week of play here at the Paizo offices, I have posted up the description for Room 3 of the Weekly Grind. The Angels of Absalom are still in the lead, but it is not as big as it was last week.

Week 3 is all wrapped up and I have drawn the room for Week 4 on the wall of my office here at Paizo. This week, whichever team bids the most VP for the services of the mercenary also receives bonus XP to allow their team to reach 2nd level (probably about a week early).

Take a look at the wall.

After a one week hiatus to get all the deadlines taken care of here at the office, the Weekly Grind met again this week. Alas, poor Mr Mona did not survive the encounter. Check out the new links above.
