The Wildrager (A Barbarian/Ranger Hybrid)

Currently it's about 2 less than the Barbarian proper, with some levels where it's 3 iirc (afb atm). I'll look into levels 3-5.
It's equal to the barbarian at 1, 2, and 5. Ideally, I'd like to see it always be at one less than the standard barbarian. I probably wouldn't want it to get a second rage at 3, when it's already getting a big bump. Maybe rage #2 at 4.

I may reduce it overall by 1, but I feel it's on that "playtesting needed" threshold.

I'm curious to see how you approach caster/caster hybrids. Spell slots are obvious, but how do you restrict spells known/prepared?

I've started work on a Cleric|Paladin, after this encouragement: http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?524992-Inquisitor-(Cleric-Paladin-Hybrid)-WiP

Finally can report back eith table experience! And with another player being a Barbarian to boot.

While there waa some overlap between the Barbarian and the Wildrager, each player felt they were distinct enough. The Wildrager choose to have a Wolf animal companion, and went Wolf Totem. Meanwhile the Barbarian went Bear Totem.

Good to hear. Multiple play sessions have left me impressed with the overall Barbarian design, so I'm finding variations on that overall design very intriguing right now.
