Top down menus have returned, but they aren't script based anymore so shouldn't cause a problem. Comments are welcome.

I like it, although I'm not keen on the font/font-style choice. Bolding it may make it look a bit nicer.

Verdana, BTW, is the font of choice for EN World everywhere; alternatively the font you used on the dropdown headers (the "EN World-ish" one, whatever it is called) would look pretty snazzy.

The only way I can reliably call up Morpheus (that's the name of that font BTW) is to make the titlebar an image - but that's gonna cost around 10 K more space.

I'll add a bold tag, see what that does.

John, there are no drop downs in this version. They're just straight links.
